Spring
Spring is the transitional time in the market garden from seeing the last of the storage crops to the first fresh greens of the season! Also each week passes more produce appears on the stand and it is time to start enjoying the bounty of each season.
We can look forward to the first of the radishes, asian greens, green garlic, sugar snap peas, rhubarb
Fall
The abundance continues up until the first really hard frost hits the farm.
This is also the transition from the abundance of the summer crops that slowly start to fade from the stand and more fall crops start to flow on to the stand, from cauliflowers, leeks, garlic, onions, cabbage, radicchio, fennel, fall squash, celeriac.
Summer
The market garden is in full swing at this time of year and the abundance of the season spills onto the market stand.
